In support of Governor Inslee’s “Stay Home, Stay Healthy” mandate we have suspended service to drop-in customers at this time and reduced our days and hours of operation. During our revised operating hours, we are happy to take orders (either online via info@batchbakingco.com or by calling 206.822.6308) for at least a dozen sweet treats. While we would prefer 24-hour notice, if we have something ready, we are happy to work with you on getting Batch Baking Company goodness your way. Cost per dozen ranges from $20 - $24 depending on mix of cookies.

chocolate chunk cookie - browned butter adds extra flavor, filled with chunks of both milk and dark chocolate
caramel chocolate chunk cookie - the classic made better, with caramel and just the right amount of flaky sea salt on top
brownie - straight up chocolate, deep and dark
caramel brownie - a classic brownie with ribbons of caramel and a hint of sea salt
peanut butter brownie - the classic again, this time with ribbons of peanut butter
palmier - you may know it as an elephant ear, layer upon layer of crunchy, butter puff pastry, caramelized with just the right amount of flaky sea salt
peanut butter sandwich cookie - a childhood favorite, with peanuts in every bite
squareo - our version of the classic oreo, made better -- and made square
coffee squareo - our most distinguished squareo, this time with coffee filling
fortune cookies - buttery and crispy, with your personalized fortunes inside

snickerdoodle - a little tangy, chewy, and bursting with cinnamon
flourless chocolate cookie - deep chocolate flavor and a nice chew – a brownie in cookie form (gluten-free)
graham cracker - crisp and flavorful, a perfect snack with your afternoon tea
s’more - our homemade graham crackers layered with toasted marshmallow and both milk and dark chocolate
chocolate covered salted caramel - delicious caramel, surrounded by dark chocolate with a light dusting of flaky sea salt (gluten-free)
peanut butter cup - a timeless combo, this time in dark chocolate (gluten-free)
Gluten-free options - We normally have a number of gluten-free treats on offer. While we try to have at least one option available each day, please call ahead if you want to be sure what’s available.
