Our Mission

With a special focus on cookies and other dessert items, Batch Baking Company creates high quality, fun, and surprising versions of beloved classics as well as new and seasonal items.  

In May of 2019 we started taking custom orders and catering as a licensed Cottage Business in Washington State while working on finding a brick-and-mortar space. We found a retail location on Capitol Hill and opened our doors in January of 2020. Look here for more information on our location.
